Enjoy the hot tub after hiking as you enjoy the wonderful nightly sunsets and evening stars.

This unique suite is the entire downstairs floor - 850sq ft - of my 3 story house on 5 private wooded acres at the end of a country road with hiking trails along a water canal adjacent to it. Mini Split A/C, ceiling fans, 2 spacious bedrooms, custom tile bath. Furnished full sized kitchen. Lots of windows looking out to garden and lg green lawn. 2 Entrances, lots of parking. Great wifi. Quiet artist widow in her 70's lives upstairs. Safe area - we never lock our doors - lived here 41 years.

This mostly remodeled open floor plan 3 bed 1 bath unit has 3 Queen beds 1 queen hideabed and 1 twin size hideabed. This is the front unit (the larger of the two). This unit shares the laundry area in the garage, outdoor spaces to include the pool, and lounge areas. The pool is not heated, but is open for use year round.
