All new construction single level, car charger, nonsmoking (fire sprinklers & smoke alarms), no pets. 1/2 mile to C&O trail, 2 miles to Antietam Battlefield, 12 to Harpers Ferry National Park. 5 miles to Shepherdstown WV, 48 miles to Gettysburg National Park.

This is an urban farm surrounding by new houses. 30 mins to DC. There are goats, chickens, and ducks on the farm, so you are welcome to get fresh eggs daily.
