The property is completely fenced and has private access entry via a large drive-through gate. Park within the property. We are close to parks, boat ramps, restaurants, and entertainment. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon BBQs on the peaceful deck. We have 3 large dogs on our side of the fence, so please, no pets. Bring your boat, jet skis, and kayaks. Enjoy the recently added solar lighting within the enclosure. Freshly painted interior in May, 2024 and we've updated the entrance/driveway.

The enclosed front porch has a table for 4 to enjoy coffee or a game of cards as well as a dedicated work desk space.  Great working kitchen with dining for 6.
