Laundry and bath are attached but entrance is outside, no inside entrance to bathroom. Laundry and bath area are separated by a wall from living space, owner uses laundry mindfully only when unit is empty. The Casita features an indoor and outdoor shower, and garden to enjoy. Central, close to the beach and very private.
