River's Bend Cottage-Scenic River & Mountain Views

We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!

We are located near Mill Creek Town Center and Alderwood Mall with many stores, coffee shops, and restaurants, Martha Lake park with public fishing and swimming, and I-5 and I-405, with easy access to Seattle, Paine Field, Edmonds and Mukilteo ferries, Woodinville wine country, Snohomish wedding venues, and Bothell-Everett Highway. Relax with the whole family at this Everett home in a peaceful neighborhood. Live like a local and enjoy the many restaurants and sites that Everett has to offer. The home has all the essential amenities with spacious parking, cozy bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer to accommodate all your needs. This one-bedroom, fully equipped home is located on five wooded acres, across the driveway from the host's primary residence. In the past, the home was used by my in-laws. The location is very quiet with an on-site hiking trail through majestic evergreen trees. We are within a mile of shopping and dining facilities. We are within a half hour drive of Seattle and Everett, Washington.
