Tucked away on Lake Lamoille in Morristown, this beautiful brand new apartment is just minutes from town and yet offers tranquility and spectacular views. The lake is home to eagles, herons, geese, ospreys and fish! You will see kayakers out there fishing! Stowe Mt and Smuggler’s Notch are both nearby. Breweries, art galleries, restaurants are close by. You can walk or bike to the 93 mile Lamoille Valley Rail Trail from our home. Our shed is available for storing your bikes, kayaks or skis.

This is a cozy and energy efficient home in VT countryside 25 minutes from Montpelier. The open floor plan downstairs with a modern equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking and connecting with others. The home is close to 5 ski mountains (50 min), within walking distance to cross-country ski trails, hiking, leaf peeping, snow machining, swimming, shopping & restaurants. There is a strict no pet policy.

The open floor plan allows you to be in the new kitchen while still enjoying the real fireplace. Also located on the first floor is a full bath and spacious bdrm. Upstairs is where you’ll find the master with full bath. There is a large deck and fire pit which is great for just hanging out. All this and easy access to the Mountain Road shuttle.

Badger Cottage offers a true rustic Vermont experience nestled in the woods with spectacular views and a quiet and peaceful ambiance. Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier

Cozy Cottage in the Mad River Valley

My dad and I built this home from 2015-2019 working mostly on the weekends. We did everything we could ourselves including all the framing, siding, and fine woodworking. It has abundant natural and artificial light and a beautiful deck/porch. We made sure to build a lot of storage space with built in closets, cabinets, and drawers. I am very proud of what we accomplished and I'm so excited to be able to share our creation with guests.

Burlington, Montpelier, Stowe Mountain Resort and Sugarbush are all within a 30 minute drive. The house offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, an electric finish style barrel sauna with river access, an infrared sauna located in one of the bedrooms, a gas fireplace, a bbq, two porches and a full kitchen.
