We had a cozy stay at this house! The beds were comfortable and it was right next to the campus. We would stay here again for sure!

We had an amazing time at the property. The area was really quiet and everything over-delivered on the pictures and listing. It is a gem for sure and we hope that it will be available when we travel in this area again. Information at the property was very precise and helped out greatly. Very easy to access and the check out process was short and precise. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend the rental to anyone in the area. It is an amazing town and is just a few blocks from some local shops that were amazing to stop in. Great community for sure! Location is very accessible to gas, grocery, general shopping, and freeway access. If you are looking for this area, do not miss your chance!!!

The house was perfect. Very clean and we felt right at home. The beds are very comfy. Leann and Joe are very responsive and extremely helpful!

Our stay at Taylor's place was perfect! The home was a pristine, relaxing place to spend time with our family. Taylor also provided fantastic communication throughout our stay, and I would absolutely consider booking here again.

Another great stay in Colo! We look forward to staying here. It’s so peaceful, and the house is so cozy. The backyard space is amazing for the whole family. Cortney makes the whole process from checking in to checking out smooth and easy. We will be back :)
