Upstairs there is a 1/1 with the open living offering addition sleep quarters, the dining and kitchen area, plus 1/1 on lower level that also looks out to the Ocean. Shared dockage adjacent the house. Only accessible by boat. We can arrange drop off and pickup.

Leeward house comes fully equipped with everything you need, a on-island manager to assist with any issues or needs you may have, so come explore Treasure cay and the surroundings islands! We have two homes that are directly across the street from one another. "Windward House" is across the street with with 200'+ of private beach at your disposal.
