Located in Marsden Cove Marina you have fabulous views over the Marina. Watch the boats go by and relax at the end of the day with a refreshment in your own private courtyard and watch the sun go down. It's a 3-minute stroll to Marsden Bay and 10-minute walk to our local Cafe/Restaurant and Grocery Store. Continental breakfast/snacks supplied at no extra cost.

The Beach Hut/Waterfront Studio at Harbour Lights

Wake up to water views at the Beach Hut - a sunny, self-contained studio right on the waterfront at One Tree Point. Head down a few steps to a quiet, sandy beach with views across the harbour to Mt Manaia - perfect for a swim at full tide, or a stroll along the beach when it’s out. Enjoy a peaceful couples’ escape with a well-equipped kitchen, private patio, and everything you need to settle in. Wander to nearby cafés, explore by bike, or relax under the shade of the pōhutukawa trees.

This is a quintessential basic kiwi bach, absolute waterfront, stunning views, a hidden treasure with bush and beach walks, amazing fishing and diving. Our bach comes complete with everything needed for a beach holiday, weekend retreat or romantic getaway. An easy 10 minute stroll to local cafe or ten minute drive to Parua Bay cafes, 4 square and gas station and the infamous Parua Bay Tavern. Access to the Bach is down a short but moderately steep bush track(see photo).

Paradise BnB bed 1- Splitable King bed 2-Queen

A ground floor self-contained wing with kitchenette table couch etc. Toaster, microwave and fully equipped with a dining set, knife's forks etc. There is no sink or oven or hob etc. in the kitchenette. Please place dirty dishes in the bowl provided and put on the steps outside your unit we will wash and return them in the same place. There is an outdoor covered BBQ and spa in your own private area, please clean BBQ after use. If using spa note spa rules on the spa cover

The Bach @ Marsden Waterfront

Welcome to our waterfront Bach in Marsden Bay, Northland. This Bach is an ideal base for a relaxing or adventurous break in the north. The views of the harbour and Mount Manaia are a pretty special back drop while you enjoy a wine on the deck or fire up the wood fired pizza oven to cook your fresh catch. A fantastic coast for fishing, diving, snorkelling, water sports or coastal scenic hikes - we are definitely spoilt for choice in our little slice of paradise.

Beach house in unbeatable seaside location

This family house is located directly on the harbourside boasting wraparound decks offering amazing views of McLeod Bay, Mount Manaia, and Mount Albury. There are 4 bedrooms : three inside the house with a large bathroom, and a private cabin off the deck with it's own ensuite bathroom and private garden deck overlooking the bay. Living rooms are large and beautifully decorated to a relaxed resort-style atmosphere, opening out onto the massive wraparound deck.

Ruakaka Heights Unit

Kick back, relax and enjoy the views from this calm, stylish space. This fully self contained unit with large deck and views over Ruakaka Beach and out to the Hen & Chick's will provide the space you need to unwind and relax, no matter if it is a work trip or a weekend away. Located approx. 10 minute drive from Ruakaka, Marsden Point and One Tree Point, there is plenty to explore, including Marsden Cove Marina & McLeods Brewery all close by.
