A perfect stay. Amazing villa for which the pictures don’t do justice. It’s huge with a great pool and lots of games/amenities to keep you and the family entertained and well cared for. Mahmoud is super responsive, helpful and can provide everything you need including cleaner, cook, transportation, excursions, restaurant/sightseeing recommendations all at exceptional prices. He even spent one hour negotiating at a hair salon (for the missus and daughters) to ensure that I, as a non Egyptian, was not overpaying. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Airbnbs as I travel a lot (including a lot in dubai) and I can honestly say that Mahmoud was the most genuine, sincere and kind host I have met to date. Thank you Mahmoud!

We had a fantastic time at this villa! The place was exactly as described—super clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious. The pool was definitely a highlight—crystal clear and perfect for relaxing or having fun with friends. The whole vibe of the villa was peaceful and private, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy and stylish getaway. We'd definitely come back again!

MO’s villa is one of the best in the location. it has everything anyone would need to have a great time. I really appreciate his hospitality and his quick responsiveness. He is very helpful and always available. Thank you for a great experience. I would highly recommend.

Karim is a gracious host, super helpful, friendly and courteous. Not once he wasn’t there to provide assistance or extend support and or guidance. He is on top of his game and is a proactive person. The villa is in a good shape that can accommodate big families with kids n pets, more TLC around the furniture and linen is needed, yet it has everything that you need to get started. The landscape, garden, outside sitting area is extremely well maintained and amazing spot to spend the afternoon/evening. The resort is chilled and has couple of super market, grocery, couple of cafes, community center, pharmacy, bakary, Abu Samra for foul and taamia (they don’t start operation before 9:00am a bit late for the early risers) There is a nice seafood restaurant called Olvera of about 10min drive from the resort, for dine in(a reservation is a must) or takeaway (basically you call and place your order then go pick it you - as they do not deliver) Overall, comfortable stay at nice place with warm hospitality from Karim - thank you!

I recommend this home. It has everything (even a flat iron which is rare in most Egyptian places), it feels like Greece and stands out because of the colours. The rooms are spacious and enough for you not to be in anybody’s way or space. We had such a great time at ROSILAND Villa, even though we had trouble with the lock on day one, Ahmed was very responsive and proactive despite the fact that we checked in at 2am. He was patient with us and walked us through it all. But it’s safe to say that the accommodation is very secure. Ahmed also made sure that we had access to all the fun places and things, offered contacts for transportation, places to eat and was generally very hospitable. Again, I strongly recommend staying here! If not for the beautiful aesthetic and hospitality, do it for Ahmed.

Taya is absolutely lovely. The place was clean. She was very responsive, friendly, gave clear instructions and recommendations for the area. Extremely lovely host and would highly recommend for anyone!

أود أن أعبر عن تقديري البالغ لإقامتي الرائعة في الفيلا بمجمع مارينا 2. كانت التجربة بكل تفاصيلها ممتازة وأود أن أشارك الآخرين مدى رضاي عن هذا المكان. من اللحظة التي وصلنا فيها، شعرنا بالترحيب والراحة. الفيلا كانت نظيفة جداً، مع ديكور عصري وأنيق جعلنا نشعر وكأننا في منزلنا. النظافة كانت على أعلى مستوى، وكل شيء كان معداً بدقة لاستقبالنا. أود أن أشيد بالأساتذة محمد الصردي وإسلام الصردي الذين كانوا على تواصل دائم معنا. لقد كانوا محترمين للغاية، وكانوا يتابعون معنا على مدار الساعة، 24 ساعة في اليوم، للتأكد من أننا لا نواجه أي مشكلة. في أي وقت كان لدينا استفسار أو مشكلة، كانوا يتدخلون بسرعة ويحلوا الأمر بكفاءة عالية. القرية نفسها كانت تحفة جميلة جداً. النظافة والإهتمام بالتفاصيل كانت واضحة في كل زاوية من زوايا المجمع. توفر جميع الخدمات التي قد تحتاجها جعل إقامتنا مريحة وخالية من أي قلق. من المرافق الترفيهية إلى الخدمات اليومية، كان كل شيء متاحاً وبجودة عالية. باختصار، تجربتي في الفيلا بمجمع مارينا 2 كانت متميزة بكل المقاييس. المكان الرائع، النظافة الاستثنائية، والخدمة الممتازة التي قدمه

Me and my family had a wonderful time at Hemeidas beautiful place. The garden was so beautiful and peaceful, the pool was refreshing, the breakfast was so delicious! Heimeida was a great host, he recommended the most interesting places and restaurants and made sure all our wishes in Siwa came true! We will definitely come back again ❤️ Thank you and Ibrahim for all your kindness!

Overall till now the most welcoming host yet we dealt with. Very helpful, kind and friendly. Sad that the place was fully booked otherwise we would have stayed longer at his place. We would definitely recommend Hassan’s place to anyone and we will definitely book and deal with only him again in the future. Like a 5 stars hotel service with a home Atmosphere!!

We really enjoyed our time at Ahmad’s. The place has beautiful surroundings and is very close to the beach, gym, masjid and supermarket who deliver. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We went off season and virtually had the beach to ourselves. We took our cat with us and she settled quite quickly which is a good sign.

Very nice and calm place ! Recommend it , especially when travelling as a family !

Gracious Host, breathtaking views, and posh interior. Pictures just don't do it justice. A cleaning staff comes before and after your visit, and the building staff is very helpful. I will say having knowledge of the language is helpful and the building itself is not super noticeable but googlemaps had brought us right to the door. Overall very satisfied!

Actually it was great stay at Ahmed/ Khaled villa, everything was amazing, the place was very clean, Ahmad was very helpful when we needed him, he was always responding immediately to our needs and when we had issue with something he quick to respond and fix it and we looking forward to staying there again. Great place to stay. Very peaceful as it is right beside the Alexandria Sporting Club. Easy walking distance to Mediterranean coast. Day passes available for Alexandria Sporting Club allows access to sporting facilities, gyms and many restaurants. Mohamed was a great host - very responsive and kind.

A lovely spot. Dont expect luxury but expect that you will find your basic needs. A very accomodating and hospitable host. The appartment is ocean facing however it is a beach you cannot swim in due to the rocks and high waves, not sure if I missed it on the listing but havent noticed it mentioned. There is a large salty pool which made up for the no ocean swimming. There is a small supermarket with basics however you need to do your shopping 15 mins away by car. The unit is tight, if you are a clumsy person (like me) you can easily knock something off the stove while washing the dishes. Overall highly recommended if you are looking for some quality and peaceful time.

All great and exactly as described. Michael was very kind and helped us out during the pre-trip organization . He is very responsive, and described the place as it is. We extended one more night there to enjoy, and he was very flexible
