Do dyspozycji gości jest aneks kuchenny z płytą kuchenną i mikrofalą oraz łazienka z prysznicem i suszarką do włosów. Lokal posiada balkon, AC i duży telewizor 55". To komfortowa przestrzeń dla pary lub małżeństwa z dzieckiem. W budynku mieści się bardzo dobra restauracja z włoską kuchnią. Do centrum 10-15 minut piechotą.

Stylish flat in the nice new house in the quiet part of the town. The flat is fully furnished in the European way. Freshly washed bed linen, pillows, blankets and towels are included. Large beautiful open terrace with a sea and desert view is always open for our guests! Cleaning and security service is 24/7. You can find many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Please note that we charge extra a 10 € housekeeping fee. Electricity is also paid extra, strictly according to the meter.

Sunrise and Sunset are magical from the terrace. Easy 10 minutes walk to the downtown area and there is an Italian restaurant in 2 minutes walk from the condo. Those who are interested in activities, we offer lessons in kite-surfing and diving. Also, dessert-safari can be arranged.

المكان مميز لقربه من وسط البلد وكذلك للشواطئ التى لا حصر لها بمدينة مرسى علم الساحره فعلا هى أسعد الأوقات ... 5 كيلو متر الى شاطئ الكيلو 7 و 2 كيلو متر الى مارينا مرسى علم كذلك 20 دقيقة بالسياره للذهاب الى شاطئ حنكوراب وأماكن أخرى كثيره لا يسعنى الوقت عن وصفها.
