Oummel was very kind and good communication at all time. Apartment is a big duplex feels at home little old-fashioned but great for value and has all amenities to cook and enjoy a bath. Thank you Oumel and Zakaira.

This place was one of the best places I have stayed in Marakesh. Amazing location, great host and service from the staff. Honestly, not one complaint at all. Perfect. Thank you very much. Close to everything, literally down stairs.

Het huis was heel netjes en schoon. Het bevindt zich op een ideale omgeving. De wijk zit vol restaurants, cafés, en winkels op loopafstand. Top locatie. Privé autogarage beschikbaar. Keuken was volledig uitgerust. We hebben elke ochtend ontbijt gemaakt en op het balkon gegeten. Sara was heel goed bereikbaar en heel vriendelijk! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Bedankt Sara en wie weet tot volgende keer!!

I stayed at Nouni's 1-bedroom apartment during a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was clean, tidy, and very well equipped with everything I needed. It also had a lovely large balcony — perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The location is great, with plenty of food places nearby, and the building felt very secure. The heated indoor pool was a great bonus. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

We really loved the decor of this apartment— it's beautifully designed and very comfortable to stay in. As with many traditional Moroccan houses, you can hear some sounds from downstairs, but it didn't bother us at all. The location inside the Medina is very convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

Mourad est un hôte agréable, réactif, gentil et de bons conseils. Il vous met aussi tôt à l’aise et se montre toujours disponible au besoin. Le logement est très bien situé dans le centre de Guéliz. De nombreux restaurants et divertissements ce trouve à proximité. L’appartement est propre, chaleureux décoré avec goût. La décoration ainsi que les meubles sont locaux, c’est tout simplement magnifique. Ce dernier est très bien équipé (sèche cheveux et lisseur à disposition…) et très confortable, les terrasses sont un plus, très apprécié! À notre arrivée eau fraîche et pâtisserie local nous attendez un réel plaisir Mourad à pensé à tout 😆 La conciergerie est au top. Concierge disponible 24/24h et présent. Les employés sont très gentils, toujours souriant, bienveillant et à votre disposition, notamment Mohammed très très gentil! C’est très agréable. Je recommande vraiment de visiter cette merveilleuse ville et d’y séjourné chez Mourad les yeux fermés ! À bientôt ✌🏼

Top locatie! Dichtbij alles wat ik wou zien ook. Beneden is er een fijne Hammam & Spa en een kapper! Daar begon mijn dag ook meteen mee🥰

A truly relaxing experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and peaceful.

Clean, spacious and located close to the old city. Communication was very efficient and quick, we didn't spend too much time in the apartment but it was just like in the photos and described. The apartment also has 24h personnel in the lobby and the pool is a great plus.

Nous avons loué pour une nuit. L’appartement est impeccable une propreté irréprochable. Tout peut se faire à pied : restaurants. Centre commercial café etc .. tout était parfait et le propriétaire très réactif et présent à n’importe quelle heure. Nous recommandons fortement le logement, il y a également deux piscines dont une sur le toit qui est superbe, nos enfants ont adoré. Nous reviendrons ! Merci

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à la Villa Senaya, un grand merci à Naima ainsi qu’à tout le personnel, qui grâce à leurs services de grande qualité, nous ont permis de nous reposer et de profiter en famille. C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet appartement, et j’ai déjà réservé une troisième fois pour mon mari — c’est dire à quel point j’en suis ravie ! Cet endroit est tout simplement exceptionnel. On s’y sent comme chez soi dès qu’on passe la porte. La maison est nickel, spacieuse, très bien agencé avec deux grandes et belles chambres. Il y a tout le nécessaire : une cuisine bien équipée, un immense jardin fleuri avec des poules qui se baladent. Rien ne manque ! On a même accès au service de Btissam une superbe personne qui peut bous concocter de bons plats pendant le sejour.. Côté équipements, c’est le top : l’hôte fournit des boués, des ballons et des jeux de societe pour les enfants. Il y a une piscine extérieure, une piscine intérieure chauffée et même un jacuzzi sur le toit. C’est un vrai petit paradis. Et que dire de Syrine ? Une personne en or, toujours disponible, attentionnée, et qui fait tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Je suis vraiment reconnaissant.

Villa très moderne , la description et les photos correspondent à la réalité . La villa est situé sur Amelkis 3 ( extension de AMELKIS) l’environnement va évoluer très rapidement ( construction en cours ) La gouvernante est d’une grande gentillesse et les petits déjeuners fidèles à la réputation … À conseiller fortement…..

I celebrated my 40th birthday at this beautiful riad in Marrakech with 9 of my girlfriends, and it was an unforgettable experience! The house is spacious, and full of charm — the perfect setting for a special occasion. Aziz, the owner, welcomed us warmly when we arrived, and although we only saw him once, his hospitality was felt throughout our stay. His amazing assistant, Youssef, was with us every day and made our experience seamless. He helped us organize all our excursions, transfers, and any other needs we had — always with a smile and so much care. The riad is fully staffed with a cleaning team and talented chefs who prepared the most delicious meals for us. We also enjoyed spending time at the on-site farm, with its many animals and horses. One of the sweetest moments was when Aziz’s 5-year-old son gave us a tour of the property — he totally stole our hearts! We also went horse riding, which was such a fun and unique part of the trip. Overall, we had an incredible week! MERCI

Nice villa, large space surrounding it, lovely garden and indoors. Pool was not the hottest and the jacuzzi seemed cold but it takes time to warm up. Overall a lovely stay for us. Thank you

Un énorme merci à la fratrie Mohamed,Reda et Hicham pour leur gentillesse, leur réactivité, leur confiance.Ce sont des hommes avec un grand cœur.Une spéciale dédicace au jeune homme Abdellah,qui a toujours répondu présent peu importe l'heure et le jour.Cette villa est magnifique et d'un calme absolu.Hygiène irréprochable. La piscine a fait le bonheur de mes 4 enfants(moi y compris).Cuisine high tech,très fonctionnel.Un régal pour cuisiner.Chambres ,salles de bain au top .La décoration est tout simplement sublime.On sent le professionnalisme. Je recommande cette villa aux familles, franchement personne, je dis bien personne ne sera déçu

Gabriela and Regis's place was truly stunning! The photos do not do it justice. The rooftop views were incredible and the pool area was great. We were there with the whole family including my daughter (a 2-year old) and elderly parents and everyone found the place fun and accessible. An incredible oasis away from the bustle of the city but close enough to get there quickly. The services provided by the staff at this place were top-notch! The cooking by Salima was the best food we had in Marrakech, and we ended up eating most of our meals at the house because they were so delicious! Karima, the housekeeper, was also super helpful and always available with a pot of tea. Abdul-Latif the groundskeeper was also very handy with anything we needed. And we booked a driver through Gabriela who was always punctual, and helpful with our journeys around Marrakech. Would highly recommend!

Riad incroyablement dépaysant ! Situé au cœur de la Médina d'Essaouira, il permet de vivre intensément la vie Marocaine! L'immense plus de ce logement est incontestablement Hayat, l'employée de maison, qui est certes une excellente cuisinière mais avant tout une personne d'une gentillesse admirable. Elle est discrète, attentionnée, toujours de bon conseil et adorable avec les enfants. N'hésitez à la solliciter pour profiter d'une expérience de hammam traditionnel et ce à domicile! Heba, la propriétaire du riad, est charmante et très réactive. Elle a eu à cœur de rendre notre séjour le plus agréable et pratique possible.
