Glass doors go to the patio where there is outdoor dining, a gas grill and a large back yard. End the evening in the sauna. 2/3-5 night minimum stay.

This second floor walk up apartment is in the back of a beautiful Victorian home located in the center of town. It is 1/2 block from 3rd street corridor of shops & restaurants. 4 blocks to the sandy Lake Superior beach and a few miles from trails, ski hill, NMU, hospital & 2 blocks from Blackrocks brewery tasting pub. The Apartment is a studio with mini kitchen with cooktop, microwave, small fridge, coffee pot, and Cable TV. There is a small reading room off bathroom. EV charger is CCS shape

Sunset Point Lake Cottage, Sauna + Aquapark Access

Charming private lakeside cottage with a sauna, playground, and firepit. Early June - Labor Day, includes a paddleboat, kayaks, canoe, dock, and use of the U.P. Sunrise Cottages beach, aquapark, kayaks, and SUPs across the lake. (1 mi drive/1000 ft paddle. No public restroom.) Pontoon rental available. Linens and towels, kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, wall A/C units Requires a signed rental agreement and a $250 security deposit hold to be processed by host on guest's credit card.

Chocolay River Cabin

Small hand hewn log cabin on Chocolay River. Good fishing, approximately 5 miles from snowmobile and ORV trails. Full kitchen. 1 BR (Q), Full sofa sleeper and 1 bath. Outdoor electric sauna. A fire pit. Washer/dryer. Basic amenities. Full kitchen. There is WiFi but cell service can be very sketchy. Texting does seem to work ok. We do have a cell phone booster there but it still isn’t great. If you need to make a call you can drive about 1 mile out to US 41 and service is good.

The Loft in Historic Downtown Negaunee, MI

The Loft is a cozy upper walk up unit located right in the heart of downtown Negaunee. It features almost floor to ceiling windows in the open kitchen/dining/living space. You can spend the day out on the Iron Ore Heritage Walking/Biking trail that is steps away, come back and warm up in your very own sauna and then walk across the street for dinner and drinks.
