The annex is joined onto the main house, on a working farm, with farm animals roaming the fields, and 3 small dogs on the property. On a clear night, the stars are so bright, and if you are lucky, you may get to see the Northern Lights! Newly renovated Idyllic farm cottage situated on the same land as St Trinians church and on the famous TT course (just past the halfway house!). Located in the Crosby, Rock Farm sits on acres of land to allow for a peaceful stay and complete privacy. The cottage has 4 bedrooms, 3 fitted with double beds and one twin room, 2.5 bathrooms, a large living area and kitchen, and an outside decking with amazing landscape views. Parking available for all guests also!

Located on the TT course at Ballagarey Corner (w3w wanted vests baker), on a main bus route, approximately 3.5 miles from Douglas and just a few minutes drive to the nearest pubs and shops. In a rural setting with access to country walks. Well behaved dogs welcome but they may not be left in the property alone.

The Manx Gypsy Hut

Welcome the the Manx Gyspy Hut. Located on private land in Marown its the perfect spot for country walks or a short bus ride into the main towns. 10 minute walk to the local pub and shop. The hut has a small double bed, log burner, refreshment facilities and a walk in shower with toilet. it might only be small but its a perfect little solo or couple retreat.

Millennium Cottage - Crosby

Fully kitted cottage with 2 bedrooms with en-suites, each have a shower, toilet and basin. Kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and tumble dryer. Beautiful cottage in West Baldwin. Ten minute drive from Douglas. Glorious walks, dark skies and so peaceful. A covered dining area near the river and birdsong can be enjoyed in any weather. Five minute drive/30 minute walk from Nobles hospital.
