A self contained studio located in a North Western suburb, Duncraig. Guests have a separate access to the studio and parking on premises. The studio is a brand new, modern, open planned space, seperate to the main house. It has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. It has a queen bed and sleeper couch (portacot available on request). Please also note that we have a friendly Labrador on site.

Hi Everyone I have a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Fully self contained and separate home/cottage on my property. It is newly fitted out and sleeps 4 people. It is located in the northern coastal suburbs of Perth called Marmion. A 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach, 5 minutes to Marmion Village Shopping Centre, 5 minute drive to Hillarys boat harbour. The Location is wonderful and convenient!
