This was my family‘s fifth year doing the bass Lake fishing Derby and we have stayed at a couple other homes in the past years and this one by far has been my favorite. Not only was a cabin amazing it was so roomy and had everything that we needed. Daniel, the host was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in the area and I would definitely want to stay here again.

This place is a dream for families! My two girls didn’t want to leave. They had so much fun playing Pac-Man, playing with all the cool toys (magnetic tiles and a dollhouse?!), and enjoying in the hot tub. The location is perfect, five minutes from downtown Groveland and 40 minutes from Yosemite. We’ve stayed in lots of Airbnb’s, and this one was definitely one of the cleanest. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. We would definitely stay here again.

We LOVE this cozy home right by the lake. It has everything you need! Great views and walking distance to a semi private beach area & dock. The house is clean and has all the amenities you would need for a family vacation. The swamp coolers keep the place cool, even in very hot weather. We cannot wait to go back!

Easy to find, beautiful property. The room was very clean, amenities perfect for our stay. The patio and views were spectacular, along with being peaceful. Minutes to Oakhurst. Coarsegold, has places to shop and grap a fast meal. There is a casino close by too. Don’t hesitate to choose this property you will not be disappointed. If I ever go to Yosemite again this is where I’ll be staying. And priced unbelievably low.

A gem of a listing! This wonderful home made for the perfect long weekend getaway for our two families. It felt safe, VERY spacious and well equipped with all that one would need for the most idyllic lake-side adventure. There was something for everyone! The host was very accommodating and very responsive. Appreciated how organized the kitchen was. It made it very easy to find all that we needed when prepping meals in the kitchen. Highly recommend treating yourselves to a cone at the Grove Mercantile in Groveland. The ice cream is out of this world! You’re welcome:)

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It’s clear that Charlie puts a lot of thought into the decoration that make a big difference. Communication was easy, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, a really great experience—We’d definitely come back!

We had an amazing time at Krystall & Jason’s home. We spent New Year there and drove to Yosemite National Park for some sightseeing. If you come late or wake up early, you will see a group of deer peacefully grazing.

Shannon and Sharon were amazing from the start. They provided local recommendations, hidden gem snow spots and much more. They accommodated us with an early check-in and later check-out. During our stay they were quick with communication as needed and made sure we were enjoying our stay. I highly recommend their cozy cabin/home for your weekend getaway!

Tom was an amazing host. He was flexible with check in time. Had Benjamin greet us and walk us through the property. He showed us where everything was. Made us feel right at home. The place was very clean and conveniently located. Walking distance to everything in town. I would come again and recommend to others

This is a really nice property to stay at. It accommodated my friends and I when we wanted to visit Yosemite.

My family and I had an amazing time here! I brought my 1.5 year old son and I’m glad that they had fun things for the kids and a high chair! The area is beautiful and Yosemite is only an hour away!

First, let me say Melissa is an amazing host! Very responsive and informative. The adorable cottage is on her small farm in the country. It is extremely clean and comfortable. Well stocked with everything you may have forgotten. The beds are super comfortable. Wi-Fi is spotty, but she lets you know that ahead of time. You’re in the mountains so it’s to be expected. Didn’t bother us at all. Clarence, the pig and Liberty the lab run freely everywhere along with a black domestic bunny. All will make you smile. It’s one hour from Yosemite and a beautiful drive there. We highly recommend this cottage!

great place, the locations is amazing and close to alot to walk to. the place it's self is fantastic. the only downside is the kitchen doesnt have any cooking stuff just a microwave but the restaurants are all around it and east to walk to. definitely worth it.

Paul’s place was clean and had a nice layout for the entire family to enjoy. The house is well off the beaten path which was welcome. Having family in the area I will likely reach out to Paul for a future stay as well.
