Ticky's Cottage at Empire Estate

Enjoy all the amenities, such as an inground pool (May TBD-Labor Day, 8 a.m.-10 p.m.), 4 manicured acres to roam, volleyball/badminton court (8 a.m.-8 p.m.), fire pit/picnic area (8 a.m.-10 p.m.) next to a stream, horseshoes and more, all within 50 minutes of the major Bourbon Country distilleries. Amenities and lodging are for booked guests only. Visitors, children and pets are not allowed on the property at any time. Bourbon Trail Schoolhouse

Enjoy staying in a piece of history within this old one room schoolhouse converted to a two bedroom home. Sit out on the swing or by the firepit as you enjoy peaceful sounds of the country and the creek adjacent to the property. Located right on the Bourbon Trail with only a 5 min drive to Maker’s Mark, 17 min to Limestone, and 20 min to Log Still Distillery. Venture in to the city of Springfield to learn about Abe Lincoln and his parents, married in the courthouse, still being used to this day!

A beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home located on a quiet country side in the heart of Kentucky. The home is centrally located on the bourbon trail, being 12 miles away from Makers Mark Distillery, Limestone Distillery, Kentucky Cooperage, Jesters Winery, Good Buddies Brewing. It is conveniently located 30 miles away from other distilleries located in Bardstown, Ky such as Jim Beam, Heaven Hill, and Four Roses. Bourbon Trail Country Farmhouse

The Farmhouse is on 5.8 acres and is on the historic Bourbon Trail. The house has a master on the main floor with a queen bed connected to the bathroom. Also, bathroom access from the hallway. There is a large upstairs sleeping space that has one queen bed and two twin beds. Beautiful wrap around porch. There is a separate over the garage apartment across the large driveway that accommodates 2 people as it is a one bedroom with a queen bed. Listed as Bourbon Trail Country Class.

Beautiful home right in the middle of Bourbon Country! 2 miles from downtown Lebanon and 7 miles from the world renowned Markers Mark. Seconds away from Rosewood Bar and Grill, and right across the road from Hole 12 of Rosewood Golf Course! Roughly 25 minutes from Green River Lake! Fully enclosed garage to park your vehicles or motorcycles. Spacious back yard with room for more parking if needed. Fire pit provided with a gas grill and outdoor furniture.

Townview Farmhouse

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Enjoy watching the cattle graze and the farm views while being only minutes from town and in the heart of the Bourbon Trail. Ample space for guests and a dedicated workspace make this the perfect spot for anyone. I will do my very best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when my schedule allows. There is also plenty of parking available for extra vehicles or if you have a trailer, etc.

Peaceful in the Country

Welcome to the country! Bring the whole family, a group of friends, or just yourself! This great place has lots of room and is perfect for a restful getaway. Located close enough to town but in the country, in a peaceful setting. Large front deck to sit and relax or grill your dinner and eat on the covered porch. Located right in the middle of the Bourbon Trail! (We do have outside cats and one Australian Shepherd pup)
