Unit #1 This is Studio unit #1 in a 4 unit house called the Magnolia House that sits on the White river between Gastons and the State Park in Lakeview, Arkansas. #1, 2, & 3 have no river view but #4 does. Each room is private with its own entrance and exit like a hotel. You can rent all 4 rooms for multiple families if available. Many rent Studio unit #2 along with unit #1.
