Self catering holiday cottage at private home

Cottage under our house with a small kitchen bedroom and bathroom. It is a self catering unit with bar fridge, micro wave oven and 2 plate stove with oven and kitchen cutlery and utensils. We have 2 small dogs a Yorkie and Jack Russell. There is a braai facility and a large swimming pool. Tv and wifi available. House is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden and is quiet and peaceful. We are about 1000 metres from nearest beach. Open parking facility available. Infants and children allowed.

This well placed Villa is walking distance to the beach,hotel,swimming pool& mashie course.Built right onto the dam,one can enjoy tranquil morning coffee's or evening BBQ's/sundowners on the patio. There is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine and drier), dining room, lounge and patio with built in BBQ/Braai.JOJO Tank. A cleaning service could be provided as needed, EXCEPT Sundays or public holidays!! Please arrange with the host.

Private and tranquil two bedroomed flatlet set in the Southbroom Conservancy surrounded by nature and close to the beaches and the village centre. Newly installed inverter ensures the lights and wifi are kept on. Southbroom, also known as the Jewel of the South Coast for very good reason, boasts one of the finest golf courses on the South Coast as well as tennis facilities, hiking trails and beautiful swimming beaches. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children UNDER 13 years.

The flat that has recently been refurbished throughout is at ground level with spectacular sea and breaker views from the living room and main bedroom. This is a great break away in a secure estate suitable for families and couples. It is a safe environment for all, with access to a Blue Flag beach. There is an 18 Hole Championship golf course, 9 hole mashie course, tennis courts, bowling green, squash courts, gym and spa. There is also a great MTB Trail for the cycling enthusiasts. There is a nature trail and the heath enthusiast they can get their daily run in around the estate.
