This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. Simple, backyard studio in a historic neighborhood. 10 min walk downtown, 5 min drive to airport, immediate access to freeways; central to all spring training fields, golf courses, and hiking trails. Ideal spot for *self-sufficient travelers* who will be out and about, and need a *quiet, functional* place to crash in the evenings. High-end, queen-sized bed. No washer/dryer, but plenty of laundromats nearby. Bath tub drains slowly, and pools a bit. Studio is *not* suitable for *any* animals.

I enjoy offering you and your pet a place to stay, short term or long term. This is pet friendly and I do not charge extra for those traveling with pets. This is a private casita. Private entrance to guest house with private patio with outdoor sitting and BBQ. Casita and everything in it is fairly new. Queen size bed with thoughtful decorations. There is a table top bar that can also be used as a desk. Small kitchenette with a small refrigerator with freezer, microwave and grill.

Thanks for looking at the Copper State Casita. Our desert chic inspired casita is centrally located and nearby the Arcadia neighborhood. Tucked into an older neighborhood, it’s a 400 square foot studio with its own private patio. All the comforts of home in a small package. A short drive to Airport, Tempe, Scottsdale & Downtown Phoenix. Great for couples, business travel, friends, or small family.
