It's definitely a 10/10 you won't find a private place like this for the price. I slept at peace. I even booked an extra night just because it was that peaceful.

Our house is on a peaceful private property on top of Capitol Hill just minutes from Saipan's famous beaches, amazing hiking trails, world-class restaurants, and shopping. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accommodate late check out or early check in because of high demand and the house is usually booked. However, we can arrange to store your luggage. 실내 전체 올수리를 마친 숙소입니다. 무려 6개월의 기간동안 천장, 벽, 벽내장재, 바닥을 모두 제거하고 저렴한 자재가 아닌 튼튼하고 좋은 자재를 사용하여 실제 집주인이 나중에 거주하기 위한 용도로 지었습니다. 침대 프레임과 매트리스, 소파, 식탁등 가구는 모두 한국에서 수입, 주방 용품들은 홈디포와 메이시스에서 브랜드 제품으로만 구비했습니다. 세탁기, 건조기는 엘지 제품을 사용하였으며 투몬 경찰서 맞은편 1분거리에 위치하여 치안이 좋습니다. 소파는 의자 하나에 2인이 착석가능한 소파로 10인이 앉을수 있는 대형 소파입니다. 한쪽 벽면을 채우는 대형 빔 프로젝터로 다같이 넷플릭스나 유투브를 감상하며 쉴 수 있습니다. 식탁 또한 8인 최대 10인이 착석가능한 대형 테이블로 온가족이 다같이 둘러앉아 식사를 하실수 있습니다
