It was our second time staying here and we loved it as much as the first time. We had such great sleep that we almost spent most of our days in bed. A lot of the spots to hang out, eat, or drink are within walking distance which is always a plus. My friends and I are looking forward to coming back 😊

We booked two rooms. Our check-in was easy and very flexible. The rooms were neat, pretty, and relaxing. They were spacious for a group of five too. It's very private, and quiet, it's good. The wifi network barely reaches the rooms so you have to go out by the pool area to get a decent connectivity. The caretaker was very kind, proactive, and helpful. We appreciate his initiative and hospitality. The common kitchen area is located by the pool. And during the night, we lit up a bonfire, it helped set the mood and make us feel more relaxed. The swimming pool is open until midnight too, and the water is perfectly warm. Good for a night swim. Our overall stay was very great! ER7 is definitely recommended when you're going to Baler.

Location wise, this is the perfect perfect place to stay if you are a mountain biker. You are literally inside the bike park. We were able to go out and bike in the morning, go back to the house to lunch, nap, and then bike again!! The house is clean, modern, and charming. Though there is a sofa bed in the living/dining/kitchen I consider the loft the sole bedroom. Edrie, Engineer (Edrie dad), Marvin, Andy, and everyone we met were all so accommodating. We will definitely be back!☺️

Jessie is a great host as he is very sociable, warm, generous and hospitable! We highly recommend his place to those who want a peaceful stay and a scenic view of the mountains. We loved that they are a pet-friendly place and very patient with us when our dogs played around. The place is spotless and has an esthetic bathroom; it also has an amazing bonsai garden. He also owns a coffee shop in Ermita Hill, he serves affordable unique drinks such as Baler Sunrise Tea and Peanut Butter Coffee Blend which we also highly recommend! Try it, you will never regret it! PS: Thanks so much for the free coffee, cookies and very delicious laksa! I hope the next time we visit your restaurant with laksa on the menu is up and running.

We had a really good stay! Malamig and mahangin yung place, ok din lahat ng ACs. Kumpleto yung toiletries and super bait ng host and caretakers!

The place is a 5 star home away from home ❤️ attractively decorated, cozy vibes, clean and chill room that you will feel to stay longer. The bathroom is perfect. Kitchen is fully equipped, we actually cooked our meals btw Maam Jing is so generous to give us free tea, coffee, water and ice. Maam Jing and her husband are very accommodating, responsive on our inquires, kind and very organize. The kavana beach house is perfect if you are looking for peace and quality time for your partner or family ❤️

Is above and beyond how this place is all about to me...i love nature and it show how this place is...a lot of things to offer and for sure the satisfaction...so far this place is my Favo....and nunber 1 in my list to visit again.
