The Wild Chicken Holiday Suite with Coffee Bar!

Welcome to "The Wild Chicken Holiday Suite" We are situated 1 km from the National Park and 5 minutes to downtown Cheticamp. The suite has a dream coffee bar with excellent coffee and tea choices as well as other hot beverages too. You will also be delighted with fresh that morning seasonal muffins that I make and forage the fruit for! You also have your own private deck and entrance with a table and umbrella! As a guest you have full access to the fire pit with wood included! NO MICROWAVE.

Folklore Cottage - modern studio with forest vibes

This wee cottage is decorated for those witchy vibes! It has one queen bed, TV, table and kitchenette with micro, fridge, toaster, single burner and sink. All dishes, linens, kitchen supplies and shampoo/soap is provided. Kitchenette for simple meal prep. Full bathroom w/ walk-in shower. Private BBQ, screened tent( high season) WINTER BOOKINGS- snow tires/AWD required; driveway is steep but well maintained year-round. Muted traffic can be noticeable at times. Sorry no dogs, no motorbikes.

The solid wood lodge sits on a large private wooded lot that features a 1300 ft driveway, manicured lawn, spectacular panoramic mountain & ocean views and astonishing star-gazing at night.

Your perfect vacation home, a few minutes off the Cabot Trail. Amazing mountain views, stroll down to the Ross bridge to swim or fish the Margaree’s named salmon pools. Many ocean beaches, golf Cabot Links/Cliffs or more, hike in CB Highlands National Park, kayaking, SUP boarding, river tubing, fall colors, local music - and most activities in 30 minutes or less. Winter sports? We're near the 805 snowmobile trail (ck the status), X-country ski or snowshoe from the backyard.

R&D Retreat

This small traditional Acadian-style home is just off the Cabot Trail, and a 5 minute drive to the popular Gypsum Mine. This home is a cozy retreat if you are looking to explore the National Park and its hiking trails, or in the winter, the many snowmobile trails in the Highlands (lots of parking for machines/trailer). You will be a 15 minute walk down the road to the ocean and the Buttereau swimming spot, and the infamous Aucoin's Bakery is just a hop, skip and jump away.

Wild Rose Cottage

This cottage is centrally located between Baddeck, Inverness and Cheticamp. It is approximately 30 min each way. It features a lovely, large back yard with firepit area and mountain views. The Portree bridge is a short walk down the road, which is a popular swimming spot. The river runs along the opposite side of the road. There are lots of local beaches, hiking trails and golf courses in the area. The property also has direct access to the highland snowmobile/atv trails.

Close to Skyline trail, Chimney Corner Beach & the world renowned golf courses in Inverness are only 50 minutes away.

Perched on a hilltop overlooking Grand Étang, Cedar Peak offers unparalleled vistas. This modern crafted tiny house on wheels will make you feel like you're in a beautiful hull of a boat. The Boat House has 2 lofts, one double bed accessed by ladder and the other has stairs leading up to a queen bed, accommodating 4 people. This tiny house offers a fully appointed spacious kitchen, a 3 piece bathroom including a flush toilet, as well as Wifi, smart TV, a wood stove and AC. Kayaks & SUP’s, BBQ shelter use are included with your stay.

Our fully furnished, barrier-free, 1-bedroom suite is conveniently located in the centre of town, within walking distance of stores, shops, and eateries. From our patio, you will be overlooking Cheticamp Island, where spectacular sunsets are the order of the day. A great place to unwind and enjoy the peace and serenity of Cape Breton Island at its finest - a perfect location for a peaceful retreat with a private view of the Harbour!

Swallow Bank Cottage #3 on the Margaree River

This one bedroom cottage is located in Margaree Centre. Our four, full housekeeping cottages sit along the Margaree River, just minutes from the Cabot Trail. Cottage 3 has been recently renovated inside and out. New bathroom, upgraded kitchen, and a queen bed with a luxury Logan & Cove mattress. The cottage also has a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space. Check in is anytime after 3pm. Check out is 11am.
