This 2,000-square foot stunner has a saltwater pool, hot tub, two-car garage, three bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are bikes and beach accessories on site to take to the beach. Guest who is booking the reservation must be 26 years or older. There is a fee of $100/night per person for any guest over 7 in total up to a maximum of 9 guests. Single floor residence has heated pool and wide water views, high ceilings and french doors leading to a covered lanai and screened in pool area. 5 bicycles for your use. Master Bedroom has new bedset and Westin Hotel Heavenly Bed Mattress for a very comfortable night sleep. The beach entrance at Tigertail beach a short walk away. If you want to enjoy late morning through evening sun, the pool has to be facing south or west, like the pool here.

Enjoy our completely renovated, gorgeous 12th floor, 2 bedroom, full beachfront Marco Island getaway. Take in the spectacular views – especially the sunset – from throughout the apartment and from the wrap around balcony. You can enjoy stunning views of the powder white, 5-mile long beach, stretching from Cape Marco to Tigertail and Hideaway Beaches.

The house is an original Deltona home and is located in the center of the Island in a nice upscale quiet neighborhood and has many fine features including a tile roof, Terrazzo floors, 1200 Sq ft screened lanai with in-ground heated pool. *NOTICE* Starting April of 2025 there will be a car permanently parked in the one car garage.
