Enjoyed the stay - the cottage was cute and nicely decorated - met all of our needs. Great athletic facilities. Nice being on the water and watching the sun rise every morning.

Place was exactly like described, super quaint and had a great homey cottage feel. Neighbors were all super friendly as well. We really enjoyed being able to sit outside on the canal and enjoy our breakfast/dinner as well as playing any games. Would highly recommend this place, not far from key west a matter of 35-45 min depending on traffic

It was great! Everything was as amazing!

Perfect location for boaters and fishermen. Clean and mostly quiet canal with minimal low wake zone. House had all basics and very comfortable for my husband and I. Loved having the park nearby to take our dog, would recommend!

This was one of our favorite Air BnB rentals. The house was easy to get to from the Miami Airport, but was far away from the hustle of Florida. The amenities at the house were extraordinary and appropriate. Michelle was in the oversized hot tub twice a day while I was out on the canoe exploring the mangroves and fishing alongside Manatees and Stingrays. The dock provided multiple locations to be in, or out of the sun to fish, read or take in some sun. I did all three at the same time! The fire pit was in the perfect spot where we cooked most of our dinners. If you are looking for a spot for a mellow time to get away from the Northern cold and snow to relax, this is the spot. Sean was more accommodating and proactive with his replies and suggestions than most. There is even a sign on the refrigerator with his cell phone noting that 'if you are not having a 5* vacation, call me, and if you are, call me to rebook'! From the attention to detail throughout, he meant it!!

Our stay was fantastic! Great location with easy access to anywhere you’d like to go in the keys. We had 6 adult men stay in the unit (the max allowed) and it was a little cramped, but definitely not an issue. This would be perfect for a family vacation. Being on the canal was nice, perfect spot to park your boat and do some fishing while you grill up dinner. Fishing on the Jetty they have was a blast, the pool and jacuzzi were nice. Elaine was a fantastic host, responded to any questions we had almost immediately. The rules were easy to follow and not overly demanding. I would definitely consider staying here again.

My family had a great stay! The location is awesome. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and all the amenities at the campground. Betty was a fantastic host.

We really enjoyed our stay with Key Lime sailing club! We especially appreciated the easy access to water activities and created life long memories kayaking in the beautiful surroundings. The hosts are kind, helpful and made our stay more memorable!

We loved staying here for the two nights we were on the Keys. The patio outside was great for looking at the stars or sipping coffee and watching manatees. We would definitely return!

We absolutely loved it here and would've happily stayed for weeks! The tiny house was cute, clean and comfy with everything we needed. The location was perfect, would give it 110%. Beautiful sea view, amazing sunsets and the children enjoyed the games in the clubhouse and the pool. There are also lots of things to do nearby. Probably the best place we've ever stayed.

Toni was very nice. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with everything. The bed was comfortable and we got a great night's sleep there on the water. Watching the fish jump and pelicans dive as we sat on the front deck was very relaxing.

The Airbnb had a great location. My husband enjoyed the local fishing, which was a block away. The Airbnb was clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the taco truck and Tiki bar located on the premises. The most important thing was that we could bring our dog Chloe and felt comfortable and safe. We will come back again to the cottage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for three adults. We especially loved the pool and proximity to the ocean - the views were stunning! Just a quick note about parking: the house rules state that parking for one vehicle is included with each reservation, but we were able to park both of our cars with no issue.

Can't beat the location, and all the staff we spoke to were polite and responsive.... but it was also always easy to get privacy. The waterfront and fleet of grab-and-go paddleboards, kayaks and canoes are definitely nice. We stayed in The Hideout, which is small and not nearly as fancy as some of the bungalows with patios, but it was perfect for our midweek budget getaway; the AC was cold and the shower was hot. A lot of people who come to the Keys want something more luxe or turnkey than this, and that's fine. More real Florida for me.

First time family trip to key largo, great having everything we needed in one place. Klsc staff was friendly and accommodating. Will be back again!

My husband and I had a great week at Life in Paradise. It’s right on the canal, so peaceful and secluded. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and watching sunset in the afternoon on the private deck. We also enjoyed the community pool. The host is friendly and responsive.

The cottage at Life in Paradise was a cute tiny house that was extremely clean and comfortable. It was exactly what I was hoping it would be. The patio/deck out back could not have been more relaxing and beautiful. The kitchen was more than equipped. All we had to do was buy some groceries and we were good to go. Rebecca was very kind and professional with text and emails. I would definitely refer others to this place.

What an amazing stay!! The campground was so peaceful and tucked away from everyday reality. This trip was a much needed escape from our everyday life! The cottage was very new and clean and came with all the amenity’s needed to enjoy all the local beaches. The host was great and responded immediately with any questions we had. We will for sure be back again :)

The place was awesome! So perfect! They helped with getting our jetskis in the water and let us tie them up to the doc. We'll definitely be back. Thank you Toni and Jay!

What a fantastic place to stay in Marathon! LeeAnn really makes sure you feel right at home. Forgot a toothbrush? Didn't pack or want to buy shampoo? No problem, it's there! The pool is amazing, house is spotless, and the Key Colony Beach community is the best. It is quiet and relaxing while also being in the heart of everything to do in the Florida Keys. LeeAnn is so nice and responsive, she got back to us quickly with any questions that we had. Overall, this was one of the nicest places that my family and I have ever stayed on a vacation. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing time here! Not only did the house match the description and listed amenities, there were so many "bonuses" that we fully took advantage of. Including the kayaks and fishing gear! Not to mention it was beyond peaceful, especially the porch area. We ended every night relaxing out on that porch, listening to the water and the wildlife. The house itself is well equipped with anything you could possibly need, but the campground is also amazing. Everyone (Including the gate guard) was super friendly, and we saw so much wildlife. We even saw a manatee at the dock on the morning of our departure (they apparently like shrimp, lol). We were honestly sad to leave and wish we'd booked a longer trip, but maybe we can come back one day soon. :)

The place and location were perfect. We were looking for a no frills type of place so my kids would have to spend time without devices and just be outside. This little place is exactly what we needed, it’s just big enough to sleep, eat a quick breakfast and head out for the day on the keys. The pool area is really nice and everything was great. It does not come with any extras..like beach bike, beach chairs or extra beach towels so you may want to bring your own. We left a few behind for the next family to enjoy. Over all this was a very clean and nice place to stay in a good neighborhood located to almost everything.
