This Tiny cottage has various access to activities such as: local parks with and without river accesses; minutes from the cedar river trails for hiking, biking, or walking.

Our peaceful and lovely lakefront ADU apartment is 20 minutes away from SeaTac airport or 30 minutes from Seattle by car. It's the perfect location for your favorite tourist attractions or nature activities, as well as an easy drive to ski resorts. It includes a bedroom (queen bed), bathroom, living room, full kitchen, dining area, laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk, great for remote work. You also have full access to the backyard and dock to enjoy water activities and the fresh air.

Newly built kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with queen size bed, smart TV, and walk-in closet. Enjoy morning coffee watching hummingbirds or an evening glass of wine on your illuminated patio. Enjoy forest living while being close to Maple Valley, I-90, and many hiking/biking trails and outdoor activities.

Please note: We do a thorough cleaning and finish off with wiping down all surfaces likely touched with 99.9% disinfectant. A Serene getaway on lake front property that is a quadraplex. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.
