Composto da salottino con cucina a vista e ampia camera (letto matrimoniale e singolo) è perfetto per 2-3 persone ma può ospitarne fino a 4 grazie al divano letto del salotto. Salendo 10 gradini si accede al bel terrazzo attrezzato con mini-cucina, sdraio e doccia. Splendida vista sui tetti e sul mare, che dista circa 350 metri. ATTENZIONE: Terzo piano: 50 gradini senza ascensore.
