If you are looking for a truly special accommodation in Lake Chelan and not the same old worn out rental 10 feet from the next rental then you will want to check out this elevated property with panoramic views of Lake Chelan from up-lake, across to Manson and all the way past Wapito Point. Nestled on 20 acres, this private 2-bedroom 2-bathroom custom home has 1 king and 2 queen beds and situated in private park like setting. We are in a neighborhood setting and quite hours are from 9pm to 7am.

At Chelan Valley Farms our guesthouse offers sweeping views of our vineyard, orchard, Roses Lake, the Cascade Mountains & onsite winery-all best seen while relaxing on the large covered porch. This is a Penthouse Suite on the 4th level and there are two flights of stairs from entrance on 2nd level.

Happy Place

Happy Place is state of mind on the edge of Lake Chelan. Private and isolated. It is a studio set up with a king size bed, sitting area, and table. The large deck wraps around for complete views up and down the lake. Watch the Lady of the Lake go by on it's 55 mile daily trip to Stehekin. Across the lake is the wooded and mountainous view of Slide Ridge. Happy Place is towards the end of the road on the north shore of Manson. Wilderness area extends the rest of the up lake.

The home sits 2000 feet above sea level, perched on top of 5 acres of ponderosa forest in the foothills of Cashmere mountain. The rarities of the Pacific Northwest are a short drive away: Alpine skiing 25 minutes to the west at Stevens Pass, Bavarian treats 20 minutes south in Leavenworth, and recreation at Lake Wenatchee just moments north. It has a wraparound sun porch and dining patio w/bbq area. Inside, you'll enjoy sun-filled rooms and lake and vineyard views from every space.

Wapato Point Resort - 1 Bedroom Condo New Remodel

This is a 1 bedroom condo at Lake Chelan's Wapato Point Resort. It was just completely remodeled in 2024. There is lots to do at this 116 acre resort: tennis, pickleball, biking, 7 (seasonal) outdoor pools, indoor pool and hot tub, miniature golf, playgrounds, basketball & shuffleboard courts, and an onsite winery. A golf course, casino and shopping are all just minutes away. I do also have other condos available, if you need to accommodate a larger group.

The Hobbit Inn

In a quiet fold of the mountains above the great Columbia River lies a small curious dwelling built into the hill. Through its round green door you’ll find a snug room, a steady fire, and quiet enough to hear your thoughts. It was made for those who take joy in small comforts and simple work. Here, time lingers, tea tastes better, and the world feels just a bit larger beyond the door.

Cabin Getaway

A comfy and modern cabin space with a full kitchen, well water from the sink(delicious). Wood burning stove ( we supply the wood)and a king size bed. A 70 yard walk down a hill to your own private space makes you feel at home. During winter you may want winter boots. Only a 5 mile drive to Leavenworth. Twenty minute drive to Wenatchee. Our home is on the property.
