The City Guest House

Welcome to our modern and centrally located guesthouse. Our contemporary guesthouse is perfect for short or long-term stays both business and leisure travellers. We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. Just a short walk from a cafe and shopping precinct, enjoy a walk along the South Perth foreshore, or watch your favourite game at Optus Stadium. Enjoy ‘Casa Colina' our lovely, comfortable, bright clean, airy and fully furnished self contained apartment. The apartment is adjoined to our house but you have total privacy and private access and off-road parking. Situated on a quiet street, very close to the Shelley foreshore (5 mins walk) and amenities 200 metres away including a popular cafe, takeaway restaurants, beautician, podiatrist, bottle shop, hairdresser, and bus stops. Bus stops give easy access to Perth City and Fremantle.

Walking distance to Perth's beautiful Swan River precinct, coffee shops, supermarket and restaurants. We can accommodate two adults and a child under the age of 12. We have a cot available for infants. ( 3rd Adult by arrangement only)
