Awesome Place! Had everything we needed especially in the kitchen. Very clean. Enjoyed it very much and was in a good location just about under a 45 min drive to everything we wanted to explore on the island.

A great basement apartment, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A perfect spot for exploring the beautiful island. Hosts friendly and helpful

Rene and Sandra were great hosts. They accommodated us very well with lots of parking for our trucks and trailers and access to the lake for fishing. They went above and beyond on our check out date which helped us out greatly. They always responded very quickly and check in was a breeze. Beautiful views as well. Would recommend to anybody.

My and I stayed 3-nights at the Mutchmor Lofts - "The Cabin" during the 2nd week of September. The premise is spotless and well-appointed. The cabin is less than a stone-throw away from a beautiful & pristine sandy beach; and because it's the shoulder season, the beach is peaceful and that's exactly what my wife and I are looking for. We were given to understand by the locals that Providence Bay has the best sandy beach for swimming in Manitoulin Island and we agree. The area has an elevated boardwalk to protect the vegetation and the sand dunes; it's well-maintained. While you are taking a leisure stroll on the boardwalk, turn left for a short distance toward a small bridge where the Mindemoya River from Lake Mindenmoya drains into the mouth of bay and, fortunate for us, because September is the salmon spawning season, we came to witness an amazing scene of salmon gathering. We enjoyed our stay at Mutchmor, and we would like to thank Matthew for being just a great host.

We were two retired couples who rented the apartment for 3 nights. Very pleased. Walk-able location in Little Current, on the main street. Great views of waterway, bridge, and sunrise from the comfortable balcony. The apartment was as shown in pictures and as described. Chris was very helpful. Instructions for parking, entrance, and use were clear. With central location and over businesses, over night noise could be an issue. Sound generators were provided in the bedrooms. Beds and linens/blankets were comfortable as were living room furnishings. Loft bedroom wasn't used, note that ceiling height is limited beyond the centre of the room, as in the pictures. Bathroom very nicely renovated, hot water and towels great. Kitchen was well equipped for utensils and pots and pans. Bring you own condiments, spices, and tea/coffee for the kettle and basket coffee maker provided. Note that access stairs are steep and internet was slow. TV not 4K and sometimes had to wait to spool the feed.

Thank so much for your patience with the mistake I made occupying the wrong room. Everything was perfect. You went above and beyond sorting things out.

Host was very responsive. Apartment was clean and well stocked.

Everything was fine except the Wifi connectivity. Multiple people were connected to the same network. Could not do my office work. Disappointing!

we had a wonderful stay in downtown Gore Bay. the three bedroom / four bed apartment is perfect. it's close to everything and it has a ton of towels.... which I've been missing lately when we've stayed at other airbnbs

This was our second stay here. It is perfectly adequate for our needs, as we do not spend a lot of time indoors while we are visiting Gore Bay. Kitchen is well equipped, check in process is extremely easy and the owner is very communicative. Thanks!
