In our family for the last five decades, this homey Lakeshore cottage is prepped and ready to host newcomers to give them a taste of our Keweenaw Peninsula paradise. Yellow Dog Yurt - Peace and Quiet near Marquette

Located 25 minutes north of Marquette, our yurt is simple and rustic without electricity and a woodstove is the only heat source. We provide bedding, water in buckets, a simple kitchen, a battery pack for string lights, and a sauna for warming the bones. We encourage and cater to silent-sport type of guests as we have kind and close neighbors on all sides. No shooting, loud off road vehicles, etc. are permitted. - Wood heat only - Outhouse toilet - Limited parking
