The full bath offers a tub/shower combo and plenty of towels! Living area features a futon which may sleep an additional person/child. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans to cook your catch of the day! Close to Tippy Dam and Manistee River! No Pets, No Smoking. No fish cleaning.

The Betsie River is 1/2 mile. Just a short drive to area lakes. Plenty of land to hunt. snowmobile miles of trails, cross-country ski, try mushrooming, hiking or explore the wildlife. Located in the center of three major cities, approximately 20 miles to Traverse City, Cadillac or Manistee.
