Arka yatak odasından denizi görmektedir. *Dairemiz Konak/Alsancak'ta en merkezi yer olan Kıbrıs Şehitleri’nde, *Adnan Menderes Havaalanı'na İzban ile 25 dk da ulaşılabilir, isterseniz ücretli havalimanı servisimiz vardır. *Deniz kenarı Kordon'a ve Deniz otobüslerine yürüyerek 2dk, Kemeraltına tramvayla 10dk, Kafe, bar ve restaurantlar 1 dk.

Karşıyaka merkezde Yeni Binada Daire

Karşıyaka'nın merkezindeki dairem, gürültüden uzak, ferah bir sokakta bulunmaktadir. Yeni binada olup, ara katta, balkonlu ve asansorludür. Karşıyaka sahile, çarşıya 10 dakika, metroya ise sadece 3 dakika yürüme mesafesindedir. Evin çevresinde çok sayıda restaurant ve zincir marketler vardır. The apartment is located in Alsancak, the liveliest and most popular district of Izmir, within a 5-10 minutes walk to shoreline (Kordon), the bazaar , all cafes, pubs and restaurants. You can use the tram line, which is 2 minutes away from the house, to go to the historical Konak and Kemeraltı. For a pleasant ferry ride to Karşıyaka or Konak, it is sufficient to walk for 10 minutes to the Alsancak pier.

Our guest house, where you can have a calm and peaceful stay in touch with nature, consists of 50 m2 and 30m2 veranda. It is an environment away from the crowds, both easy to access and slightly isolated from Ataköy, which is a literally forest village.
