The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

You would be staying in the back of our home on the lower level overlooking Chiques Creek w/private entrance. Free parking in front of house. The suite includes 1 bedroom and sleeps 4. One bedroom has Queen size bed, 50” LG Smart TV, Couch, & Chaise lounge. The kitchen has dishwasher a table w/6 chairs and a King Coil Queen size air mattress to accommodate 2 more guest, private room. : Pa Turnpike-7 min. This unique space was designed with details in mind. Every corner of this studio style guest house was lovingly restored and considered. This space was at one time the School House to the Farm. While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.
