A sanctuary sitting in a prime central location 5 minutes walk to the best swimming on the estuary, 5 minutes to the Wood Street shops and 5 minutes drive to the Heads surf beach. The original workshop on the site has been renovated throughout including a new designer kitchen and air conditioning. 3 bedrooms in the main house and another in the sleepout. A large covered outdoor area extends from the lounge. House comes with kayaks, cricket set etc. Everything you need for a fun filled holiday!

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.
