Spacious and comfortable oasis

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with two en-suite bedrooms, spacious kitchen, gym, washroom and 2 patios. The space is centrally located, less than 5 minutes from the town center. Rivers and beaches are also 30 mins away. I am reachable 24/7 and can help you get around Mandeville. Relax and unwind in the living room area, adorned with a 65 inch smart tv. The master bedroom also has a tv. The home is family friendly, with games such as chess, ludo, Nintendo NES with over 50 cartridges.

We are located 15 minutes from the town of Mandeville and 30 minutes from the world renown Little Ochi in Alligator Pond, St. Elizabeth. The Speneplex boosts indigenous and Afrocentric arts to create a Royal theme. You can enjoy the seasonal fruits such as oranges, apples, bananas, plantains, jackfruits, and avocados on the property.

Peterkin's Retreat

My place is great for families that need a house for long or short term vacation. The property is situated off Perth Road in Mandeville Jamaica just a 1/2 hour walk to Town Center. This recently built 3 story house is very spacious and located in a gated community. Nightly rate shown is for 2 people. Additional occupants must pay an additional $30 per night per person. Chef and/or housekeeper are available upon request for an additional price.
