Heat pump/ Air conditioner. Bedroom (king & single bed)with compact bathroom leads onto private deck (lovely view across lake) with table, 2 chairs and weber bbq Maximum 2 guests. Please note,great views also mean a bit of a climb. We have 33 steps up to our door. If you have mobility needs please check the photos before booking. This apartment block was built in 1976, so does look old and tired on the outside.

We would love to welcome you to our unique John Scott home/apartment (with radiators!). The New Zealand Architect, John Scott, was an eccentric chap and was renowned for designing unique buildings. Our home doesn’t disappoint and we are excited to share it with the air bnb community. A self contained wing of our home is located in a tranquil spot. A five minute drive or a stroll along the lakefront will get you into town. We are a few minutes walk from the Botanical Gardens and the lakefront.
