The house is set on lovely grounds with ample activities for the children: tennis court, swimming pool and a table tennis table in the garage. The inside of the house is spotlessly clean and beautiful. Although a teeny tiny imperfection is the absence of a microwave oven, this does not detract from the overall charm and functionality of the house. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

The place is in a perfect location with lovely views of the lake. Louise was very quick to respond to a query. Very happy to recommend this accommodation.

We were looking for a home with lots of space for a family and a dog and Karina’s house was the perfect spot as we were able to book the cabin room so that we could have space and quiet for a young baby. The space is large and flexible for a family and the garden is a beautiful place to relax. Karina was a great host: friendly and helpful when we needed anything and she even baked us a welcome cake :)

We loved every minute. Stargazing in the jacuzzi was our favourite. Very peaceful and in nature feeling. The rooms are so comfy and have everything you need. The outside toilet and shower is also a cool experience. My kids enjoyed the sheep and the neighbours alpacas. We had a wonderful stay and regretted that we didn’t stay for longer. This place is family friendly and would be great for two couples as well.

Awesome apartment in a great location. Brian happily answered my questions prior to check in and the apartment had everything we needed and more. Will definitely be my first choice every future trip to Taupō

Nick and Judy’s place was the perfect spot for us to spend a few days whilst visiting family in the area. Private, with beautiful surroundings and lots of sunlight, it was an easy place to relax and also get some work done when needed. Great location, an easy walk along the river into Havelock North and a close drive to Hastings and Te Mata peak. The kitchen had all the essentials, including fresh bread, eggs and jams which was such a nice touch. We loved it and will definitely be back!

What beautiful place to stay ❤️❤️❤️ We absolutely loved the place. The house is very spacious and clean. Kitchen has all the cooking equipment. Value for money. Highly recommend for families. Hoping to book again during winter.

Parking good, just a brief walk to lake, shops and restaurants. Apartment was very quiet and just lovely and relaxed to come back too. There was only one thing we had a problem with although not insurmountable was the fob entry into apartments with having only one and 5 people going off in diffirent directions each day we had to do some planning for entry into the complex, I think possibley there was an intercom system but we did not look into that as only 3 days stay and very busy time for us all. But would definitely stay again.

Amazing lake side apartment - the pool was a game changer it was heated, the kids had multiple swims each day. Great location, tidy apartment and super comfy beds - we will be back :)
