The house with a magnificent view is located right in the middle of the famous Baghdad street and the sea side The location of the house is amazing. There are famous restaurants, bars, boutique shops and also famous brands around the house. 2 minutes walking distance from the street It is 5 minutes walking distance from Suadiye train station. You can easily go to Kadiköy/European side with yellow buses (dolmus) passing through Bagdat Street and the seaside there is no elevator in the building

Kadıköy'den Eminönü, Karaköy ve Beşiktaş ve Adalara kalkan vapurlara ayrıca Metro ve Marmaraya (tren) 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. Çevrede çok sayıda market cafe vb.bulunmaktadır. Daire'de bir adet çift kişilik yatak ve salonda L koltuk bulunmaktadır. Bina çok kısa süre önce tamamen yenilenmiştir.

The flat is on the first floor, we have an elevator inside the building! The flat is fully equipped with all the utensils and tools necessary including: high-speed internet (100Mbps), dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, Smart TV, vacuum cleaner, iron, coffee machine, etc.
