This is a private ensuite room on ground floor leading to the road. You can park right in front. It is the white big aluminium door. It is brand new with a shower. Just you can hear the sound of the pool during some hours. The beaches are just 10 minutes by car. The closest is Xlendi. The bus stop and food shop are minutes by walk. The room has wifi, there is no balcony as the room has direct access to the street. It has a fan, a heater for winter, bedsheets, towels, kettle and it is very quiet.
