This is a modern studio apartment, located 4 miles from city centre by train and bus. Train/bus/gym/restaurant are only 5 minute walk and the bar has live music 2 nights a week. Finaghy Village is a 10 min. walk and can accommodate all your needs. Close & quiet but easily accessible to all the action! Renovated stone building with spiral staircase originally the National School house, wonderful views of rolling fields with private parking yet close to train station and Lagan tow path,10 minutes to Malone Golf Club, 20 minutes drive to Belfast. As we are a rural location we recommend that you have a car.
