Our home was relocated and features: 3 large bedrooms Linen provided Open plan kitchen/lounge/dining Heater, AC, fans 2 x bathrooms, 2 x toilets Large deck and BBQ Boat parking, hose, concrete driveway, Fast wifi Filtered water views, enjoy the birds and elusive koalas through the day and bandicoots at night. ‘Karbeethong Hill’ is a completely SC private one bedroom unit with QS bed. Ensuite, fully equipt kitchen/living room. The apartment has fantastic views overlooking the lake and Howe Range with garden furniture and barbecue on the private deck. All bed linen and towels, tea/coffee making machine and coffee pods supplied. This home is on the top of Karbeethong hill so there are stairs to access the unit, very manageable with handrails and good night lighting.

Polehouse Mudbrick (Adobe) 2BR Flat

The Polehouse is located on the outskirts, enjoying outstanding views and abundant bird life. The architect-designed 2br unit has 1 Q/S bedroom and one with two singles. It has it's own private deck and large patio with BBQ. GUESTS NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LINEN (UPPER AND LOWER SHEETS [no doona contact with skin] plus pillow slips and towels). if they can't, they can easily obtain it cheaply at op shops along the way.

You will be delighted with the bright, unique space which has a style all of its own designed especially for your comfort. An abundance of birds, wildlife and koalas roam freely around the immediate area. Fold out single bed, and linen is available upon request for a child for an extra fee of $30.00 per night.
