Fantastic Christmas and New Year's Getaway! We just spent an incredible holiday season at this amazing property. The house was perfect for our family gathering, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun. The friendly helpers made our stay truly unforgettable. They were always available to answer our questions and help us with some last-minute requests. The kids had an absolute blast playing pool and splashing around in the pool. The property was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped for our needs. We felt right at home and appreciated all the little touches that made our stay so special. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in this amazing studio unit on the 10th floor of Ivory Residences. The place is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail. The 55-inch TV with Netflix was a nice touch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hot shower worked perfectly, and the AC was quiet, making for a restful sleep. I also loved the view from the balcony—definitely a great place to relax. Highly recommend!

No regret choosing this place to stay for overnight! 100% sure to book the place again—- at a strategic location (nearest mall/restaurants/pharmacy/bookstore) and mostly, it feels so safe, quiet and elegant too!

1Billion/10 ang rating! If ever na babalik kami sa Davao dito po ulit kami magbook. Salamat Maam Perliza sa pagpapatuloy sa bahay nyo po. Nag-enjoy po ang family ko sa pagstay po sa bahay nyo. Good choice na di kami naghotel since first time magtravel ng parents. ♥️ Di sila nainip. Sobrang ganda, sobrang linis ng bahay ni Maam Perliza. Mabait din si Ms Tracy. Nakapagluto at nakapaglaba po kami sa airbnb. Thank you po ulit!

Highly recommend. 💯✨ All details were already available on the listing, and if I may add (just to set other's expectation): - 150php overnight parking fee on upper ground level - elevator parked/not working at 8am-9am (probably due to maintenance, but if you're fit and not in a hurry then stairs to&from 7th floor gives good exercise 😁) - be sure to bring change of clothes when going to the pool to dry yourself before going back to the bldg, also there's only open shower, the faucet in their common toilet & closed door shower aren't working, so expect to rinse off back at the unit. ☺️ Overall it was a brief but a comfortable staycation.✨ Hope this helps!
