Genieße mit deinen Freunden oder deiner Familie nach dem Baden im kristallklaren Meer romantische Sonnenuntergänge auf der geräumigen Terrasse oder auch im privaten beheizten Pool . Danach kannst du Steaks auf den Gasgriller werfen und später entspannt im klimatisierten Schlafzimmer nächtigen.

Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

Apartment Iva - where you feel at home

Our house is situated in the very centre of Malinska, hidden from the street, which gives you the privacy. You can park your car free of charge in the frontyard. A big terrace has the sea view. The apartment is only 2 or 3 minutes walk away from the beaches, shops, supermarket and restaurants. If you want to try yourself as a grill master, you have a grill in the backyard, with benches so you can eat outside. If you come with your bycicles, you can store them in our ground floor storage.

2 fully furnished and separated apartments located only 150m from the beach. The apartment can each accommodate up to 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults). In case of a bigger group, we can accomodate you in the two apartments. Newly installed AC It’s located as a part of a private villa i(each have separated entrances, “below” the villa) with parking, garden, and barbecue.
