Wonderful sea views, lots of light, very calm, perfect location. Charming contemporary house, located in pedestrian street in town center. 5 minutes walking distance of restaurants, bars and beaches. Terrace with sliding doors (open space) with amazing views. Air conditioned (&floor heating). Perfect duplex for family or two couples. Loft ambiance upstairs, two bathrooms, one in each level. Although our apartment is close to Barcelona, our apartment is in an isolated environment, within the Bellamar urbanization, surrounded by forest and with the best sea views in the city. Being in a quiet environment, it is ideal for couples, families or friends who want to enjoy the tranquility and silence, but at the same time have the possibility of going to Barcelona in just twenty minutes by car or half an hour by public transport.

COVID19 Measures: Reservations are spaced in time, so that no previous guest has occupied the place during the previous 72 hours. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for about 5 hours, about 72 hours prior to any stay. All clothes have been washed at 60% degrees, all surfaces and floors disinfected. Be save !!

Tu familia lo tendrá todo a un paso en este alojamiento situado en pleno centro. Situado a 200 metros de la playa. Apartamento con mucha luz y muy espacioso. Es perfecto para famílias con niños. Os lo pasaréis genial, miro muchos por mis huéspedes. La piscina está en perfecto funcionamiento. La vais a poder disfrutar.
