Wonderful home with high ceilings, lots of natural light, wood flooring throughout. Lovely restored kitchen and bath with original touches from when the house was built 1928. All new appliances in the spacious kitchen. Cozy and homey dining room, living room, sun-room / office, on 1st floor. Three comfortable bedrooms and bathroom on 2nd floor; 2 queen and 1 full. Each with an individual AC unit. 2-car off street parking. Washer and dryer. Dog allowed by request, $30 per night or $150 per week.

Prime location near Boston

Home in Everett, MA. Located just a 20 minute walk from Encore Boston Harbor Casino. This location is also just a 15 minute drive from downtown Boston. Room in the basement has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and hot water for making tea which is provided along with light snacks and coffee. There is a desk for laptop.
