Villa Infinite Blue - Full Home

Just a few private steps...that's all it takes to get down to one of the top rated "Blue Flag" beaches of the island. The four bedrooms, four bathrooms (three ensuite), large family/dining room combined with a balcony which offers breathtaking views of sunrise/sunset/sea believe it creates the ideal location for a private stress free getaway. Very close to the capital and airport (both five minutes by car). Kindly note that there are 4 sunbeds reserved on the beach for you along with 2 umbrellas

Located in the best area of Kefalonia island, named Lassi. Lassi has top beaches within walking distance from our house. Walking distances: 5 min from Paliostafida beach 7 min from Gradakia beach 15 min from Makria Gialos bech 19 min from Kalamia beach 20 min from Platis Gialos beach 30 min from Argostoli the capital of Kefalonia, or 5 min drive. 11 min drive from the Airport Within 10 min of walking you have super market, top Greek traditional taverns and bars in Lassi area.

PEFANIS STUDIOS #4-LASSI, ARGOSTOLI

Το στούντιο αποτελεί μέρος ενός συγκροτήματος αυτόνομων και διαμπερών διαμερισμάτων. Είναι ένας ήσυχος χώρος, με μεγάλο κήπο και μπαλκόνια με θέα στη θάλασσα. Βρίσκεται στην πιο τουριστική περιοχή του νησιού, μόλις 3 χλμ από την πρωτεύουσα, το Αργοστόλι και μόλις 500 μ. από τις δύο ωραιότερες παραλίες της περιοχής. Σε 150μ. από το κατάλυμα υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, σούπερ μάρκετ, μπαρ και γραφεία ενοικίασης οχημάτων. Στα 100μ. βρίσκεται το σπήλαιο του Αγίου Γερασίμου, πολιούχου του νησιού.

The boutique villa Sensi close to Lepeda beach, (20 meters walk), outside Lixouri (2 km away) is opening in July 2023. It is absolutely new and modern, comfortable, luxurious, not missing anything, promising journeys in the world of sensations. (as sensi means sensations in Italian). Sensi is a gorgeous villa of 180 sqm in two levels communicated with indoors and outdoors stairs. It is set in an olive grove (hence its logo) in a estate of 23.000 sqm with direct access to the beach!

Just 1 km from Argostoli, the islands capital, and 10 mins from the Airport you'll find Lassi. A popular destination with anything you should require like restaurants, tavernas, bars, supermarkets all within reach. ATM's and car or bike rentals are all within walking distance as are the golden sand crystal clear water beaches. The villa offers two (2) 55m2 apartments on the ground floor and one (1) 110m2 family apartment on the first floor. Each apartment has it's own private entrance and a parking spot. Our villa is the perfect getaway. The apartments are comfortable and the views stunning. Right below there's a crystal clear non organized beach.
