I think other reviews will also confirm what a gentleman Brother Suleman is. He is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Brother Suleman gave us the opportunity of an earlier check in and late check out. However, I believe that this is only subject to availability. Nonetheless, we definitely appreciated the offer and graciously accepted. Location is also excellent, very close to Masjid Al Haram. Lifts are also quick and super quite, so there were no delays in getting to Masjid Al-Haram. You also have access to the shopping centre which has all the amenities you'd need- food, groceries, gifts, etc. We also appreciated how quite the rooms were. Even walking through the hallway to the room was extremely quite. The room was also as promised. We appreciated how spacious and comfortable the room was. All amenities disclosed was available. Room also had WiFi, AC and a window with a view of the city. Overall, a recommended stay

The place was great, located in a beautiful building and close to many amenities. We did face a few challenges during check-in, but the host was very responsive and quickly resolved everything. Definitely planning to come back!

الشقه واسعه ومريحه جدا وموقف الباصات عند الشقه زي ماكان موضح يودي لساحات الحرم بالضبببط وكانت المضيفه محترفه وسريعة الرد ومرنه معنا بوقت الخروج ، تمنيت يكون موجود شاهي وسكر بس كإضافه مو شي اساسي .
