A turn of the century villa with an interesting history! For it's first 30 years it was the 2nd story of one of the areas original farmsteads before being split from the ground level and relocated 100m north to where it sits today. Privately nestled in amongst heritage trees on a large section you could be mistaken for being in the country. Beachfront -Stunning views!

Tidy and peaceful apartment on the beachfront in Motueka. There is a beautiful beach trail conveniently located in front of the property. A short stroll to a children’s playground and the Motueka Saltwater Baths. A few minutes further down the trail you reach the Motueka wharf and Coastal Cafe, an excellent Coffee stop. There is also a beautiful reserve across the road from the apartment which has a wonderful trail weaving amongst the native trees where you will also see lots of native birds.

Fabulous architecturally designed home available for families, couples and even furry friends. Less than 200 metres walk down to picturesque Dummy Bay with its beautiful golden sands; approximately 700 metres to Little Kaiteriteri beach; and approximately 1.4 km to the main Kaiteriteri beach. Wonderful views and pet friendly.
