Bienvenue chez nous :) Petit studio privé au-dessus de notre maison. Situé dans le quartier Ville-Marie, il est à 3 minutes du métro (10 minutes du centre-ville), des espaces verts (Parc Maisonneuve et Lafontaine), du parc Olympique et des quartiers vivants de la metropole. Cuisine équipée d’un micro-onde et réfrigérateur, douche, téléviseur et plus. Parfait pour les séjours de courte ou moyenne durée. L’idéal

Appartement entièrement meublé . Son emplacement est très attrayant: il est proche du transport en commun, de l’autoroute 40, de plusieurs magasins, de centres commerciaux et de restaurants. C’est un demi sous-sol bien éclairé et bien équipé. Il est prêt a vous accueillir pour un court ou long séjour, vous n’avez qu’apporter vos bagages et vous n’aurez besoin de rien. Beau logement à aire ouverte 100% rénové situé au demi sous-sol de notre cottage familial. Le logement et l'accès au logement sont complètement privés. Parfait pour deux personnes ou jeune famille. Situé dans un quartier tranquille à 10 minutes de marche de la station de métro Cadillac. Près du Parc Olympique, Jardin botanique, Stade de soccer Saputo (30 minutes de marche ou 20 minutes en transport en commun). Centre-ville, Vieux-Port, Mont-Royal et Centre Bell rapidement accessible en métro.

Chez Ping / A sunny and comfortable place to stay!

My place is in a good location that is 3 minutes away from the Joliette Metro Station, then you are just a few stations to Downtown, Old Montreal and the Festival Place. It is close to the Olympic Stadium and the Botanical Garden. You’ll love my place because it is very bright, clean and airy. It is very quiet, it has private parking on the property if needed. We have a beautiful back garden that you can use to relax and were you can take tea or a glass of wine. See you soon! Permit # 301570
